1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this site is the operator of Apollo Group TV, reachable at contact@apollogrouptv.it. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679).
2. Data collected and purposes
We process the data you provide when you contact us (via WhatsApp or email) to answer your request, activate the free trial or manage your subscription. While you browse the site, some technical data (IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser type) may be processed for the security and stability of the service.
3. Legal bases
The legal bases are the performance of pre-contractual measures and of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), our legitimate interest in a secure, working site (6.1.f) and, where required, your consent (6.1.a). Contact via WhatsApp is also subject to the messaging provider's terms.
4. Retention period
We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described and within legal limits, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to contact@apollogrouptv.it.
